Description
ARC Manufacturing, the leader in D.C. welding technology has developed a patented series of hybrid resistance welder/dent pullers which operates on a combination of battery and transformer power. The welder can produce 10,000 electrode amps with 10 feet of cable reach. This unit also has a high duty cycle, but unlike inverter welders, this welder only requires 110 volt 20 amp power source. Along with up to 1000 lbs of electrode tip pressure, the weld nuggets measure 8.7mm on 3 + 3mm structural steel. This 4 cable system has a smart digital microprocessor which monitors the welder’s performance at all times.
