It can be very tedious when removing valve springs, but when you have this tool handy, it makes the job easier! Use to compress valve springs on Briggs and Stratton, Clinton, Kohler and other small engines. To use, remove valve cover and insert jaws around spring. A rear-mounted hand wheel makes operation easy. It's long and slender design allows it to reach into small recesses where valve springs and retaining washers are located.
