The model D400 leak detector features a long life heated sensor technology that is designed to detect the more current and difficult HFC refrigerants such as R-134a in addition to all HCFC and CFC refrigerants including SNAP approved hydrocarbon blends. The D400 instrument uses standard AA alkaline batteries. The unique “finger guard” case design also makes the detector drop-proof and allows for conveniently hanging the detector on the shop wall for storage. Other features include: true mechanical pump and low battery indicator. Uses 4 AA alkaline batteries. Made in the U.S.A.
